Our OTC service is open to both individuals and corporates looking to buy, sell or trade a large amount of digital assets. Our minimum order size is S$50,000. However, we do offer some flexibility for smaller market-cap assets.

How can I deposit funds onto the exchange?

Instantly deposit SGD using PayNow or FAST. For amounts above S$200,000, regular local bank transfers (MEPS) may take up to 1 business day. You may also deposit USD via SWIFT. Contact our team for more information or view our help page.

What are the trading fees?

We have some of the most competitive fees in the market. Our trading fees start at 0.5% and can go as low as 0.02% based on your 30-day trading volume.

How long does settlement take?

You can access our order book for 24/7 instant settlements.

OTC orders are usually settled within a few hours when placed during business hours. For certain deals, we may need up to one business day. If you have specific requirements for settlement, we are happy to work with you to meet your needs.
