What are Multi-user accounts?
Multi-user accounts is a feature on Independent Reserve that allows you to grant trusted parties access to your account. If you are the original account owner, you can add a secondary user to your account to allow them access to perform various tasks, depending on the role that you assign to them.
Trusted parties to whom you grant access could include your accountant, finance team, financial advisers, employees or family members.
Five levels of access
There are five different roles to choose from when giving someone access to your account:
Viewer
Trader
Trader with restricted withdrawals
Trader with withdrawals
Administrator
How to add a new secondary user
Secondary users will need to be fully verified via our KYC process in the same way as the main account.

1. Log in
Log in using your desktop browser, click Settings, then Manage users.

2. Add new secondary user
Click + Add new secondary user, carefully read and accept the Multi-user Risk Disclosure and Account Authority Declaration.

3. Appoint role
Select a role for the new user and enter their email address.
