Independent Reserve allows you to deposit NZD and USD using SWIFT.

Processing times are typically between 1 and 2 days. USD deposits under $5,000 will incur a fee of USD 15, and NZD deposits under $5,000 will incur a fee of NZD 15. View our fees page for more information.

Using your web browser

1. Log in to your Independent Reserve account.

2. From your Dashboard, click on Deposit or Accounts in the navigation menu.

3. Click on Deposit next to your preferred currency (USD or NZD).

4. Select the SWIFT option.

5. Copy the details provided, log into your bank account and make your deposit.

If your screen shows Deposit unavailable, please select Contact support for assistance.

Using the mobile app

1. Launch the IR mobile app and log in to your account.

2. Tap on Wallet at the bottom right of the menu.

3. Tap on your preferred currency (USD or NZD) and select Deposit, followed by SWIFT.

4. Copy the details provided, log into your bank account and make your deposit.
