The Ethereum network will be upgrading and undergoing a hard fork at block 12,965,000.

Due to this Independent Reserve will be pausing ETH and any ERC-20 deposits and withdrawals from 8pm Sydney time on the 5th August. We expect deposits and withdrawals to be re-enabled the following morning, pending network stability. Any deposits made during the deposit/withdrawal pause will be credited after we re-enable deposits.
While this appears to be a non-contentious fork, if you believe the network will split and you wish to have coins on both sides of the network, please ensure you withdraw your ETH to a personal wallet prior to 8pm Sydney time. At this stage Independent Reserve will be following the majority blockchain.
